Layers (the body can warm up + cool down during practice)
Socks are optional — barefoot is recommended
Avoid bulky jewelry or anything restrictive
Bring a hair tie if you have longer hair

The UNiCUBE is a vibration + infrared heat therapy pod designed to support the nervous system
You sit or lie inside the cube for short rotations during class
Sonic vibration stimulates the vagus nerve to support calm, grounding, and emotional release
Infrared heat melts tension, softens fascia, and prepares the body for movement
The low-sensory environment helps the body feel safe and regulated
Each session is 5–15 minutes depending on the class
You may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, warmth, or gentle tingling — all normal and safe
